Unpacking is a zen game about the familiar experience of pulling possessions out of boxes and fitting them into a new home. Part block-fitting puzzle, part home decoration, you are invited to create a satisfying living space while learning clues about the life you’re unpacking. Over the course of eight house moves, you are given a chance to experience a sense of intimacy with a character you never see and a story you’re never told.
Unpacking Free Download - Game Review
Unpacking is a must play puzzle game for people into cozy gaming for sure, everything works well together: Controls, story and soundtrack. However, I personally don't find it mindblowing or a super charming game, it's just a really solid game. There's not much variation in terms of puzzle aesthetics, you're mostly doing the same thing, moving into a new place and unpacking the items into the interior of the rooms in the correct spot, i.e. soaps into bathrooms, toys into bedrooms.
