If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or distributed on AnkerGames without your permission, please submit a DMCA takedown notice. The notice must include the following details:

Identification of the copyrighted work: A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including any relevant registration numbers.

Location of infringing material: The URL or specific location on our site where the infringing material is found. Please provide enough detail so that we can locate the content quickly.

Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, so we can reach you regarding the claim.

Statement of good faith: A statement indicating that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Statement of accuracy: A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Your signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Please send your DMCA notice to the following email address: [email protected].

2. Response to Notifications

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

Remove or disable access to the infringing content.
Notify the user who uploaded the material of the removal and provide details of the DMCA claim.
If the user believes that the content was removed by mistake, they may submit a counter-notification.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include the following:

Identification of the removed content: A clear description of the material that was removed and the URL or location where the material appeared before it was removed.

Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Statement of good faith: A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and agree to accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

Your signature: A physical or electronic signature.

Please send your counter-notification to the same email address: [email protected].

Upon receiving a counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit seeking a court order to prevent such restoration.

4. Repeat Infringers

AnkerGames takes copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we will terminate the accounts or block access to users who are repeat infringers.
