i downloaded the files extracted them in a file and did the antivirus thing but still when i aunch it on steam or as adminstrator an error dll appears error 126 idk what to do i really wanna play this game

not working launched it on WinRar and it says ddl not found and i tried putting it in steam to launch it and it says couldnt start Desktop/SMG026/Binaries/Win64/TheQuarry-Win64-Shipping.exe" SMG026 Create Process() Returned 2. i need help please i want to play this asap
