Subnautica 2 is being crafted as a single-player experience that you can optionally play in online co-operative multiplayer with up to three friends. You can choose from four pre-designed characters, with more characters and customization options coming throughout Early Access. Work together to explore long-forgotten ruins and learn to adapt to a planet that might not want you there. To survive the depths and make this planet your home, you’ll need to utilize all the tools at your disposal. Traverse vibrant and breathtaking biomes with your Tadpole submersible. Design and customize bases to return to when your adventures push you beyond the safety of shallow waters. As Early Access develops, so too will your array of tools, equipment, and vehicles. Upgrades will help push you beyond your boundaries and unlock the secrets of this strange world.

Simply launch the Run Me!.bat inside the game folder.

Play Subnautica 2 online (Online-Fix available)

If you like first subnautica, you'll love this one, recommended
didnt even play it, but after accumulating 400hr in Subnautica 1, i dont need to play it, i know its a masterpiece

For anyone having trouble downloading/setting up multiplayer:
1) Click the download button and download both "DataNodes" (these are the game files) and "Online Fix" (these are the multiplayer files)
2) Turn your firewall off (Windows Security > Firewall & Network Protection > Turn off)
3) Download 7ZIP (https://www.7-zip.org/) and use 7ZIP to extract the 2 zipped files
4) Open the game files folder "Subnautica2" that should be in your downloads folder now. Open a new window with your multiplayer files folder "FIX" as well so you can have both side by side
[Note: During the next steps click "replace files" if the file you're copying already exists in the folder. Every time you open or copy and paste it may flag your windows security and you will need to restore the file so it doesn't get quarantined (Windows Security > Virus and Threat Protection > Protection History > "Threat Blocked" > Restore)
5) Copy and paste individual files from within the multiplayer files to the "Subnautica2" game files folder where the exe is (don't copy and paste any folders because that'll wipe what was already in there)
6) Copy and paste individual files within the multiplayer files to their respective locations within the "Subnautica2" folder (seems redundant but it wouldn't work unless I did this too)
7) Try running the game from within the Subnautica2 game files folder "Subnautica2.exe", if you get a no license error or missing file error double check your windows security one last time to restore any files that may have been quarantined.
*I'm no expert I just played around with the files until it worked, above is exactly what I did. If someone understands this better please feel free to correct me. Hope this helps!
