· editedSo even after the game got downloaded without any issues, when i tried to play i always got this error code "0xc000007b"
So, the fix is to copy these files inside Far Cry 4 installation folder :-
Honestly, i have no idea why the mods didn't already included these files already inside the game folder, i mean its hardly 5 mb in size and the solution was provided by Gemini

no need to turn off windows defender, extract the game, and if it doesn't start or says "error code - 0xc000906" go to windows security then protection history, look for "Hacktool:win32/gamehack" and restore it, do not restore anything else, and if you get the same error after a while or the game doesn't launch, do these steps again
