· editedhey admin it says steam needs to be open and when i open steam it says steam fixworks activation and gives me a pop up saying please start downloading of the showed up game then pause it then restart the game

for people who have the "no license" popup from steam when you try to run the game ;
you dont need to download anything, your antivirus quarantined it.
so what you wanna do is go in windows security, go to protection history, then click on the quarantined files and restore them, it should be only one,
make sure you check the time and file name incase you restore something that isnt linked with the game.
after doing so you can freely open the game and make sure you open it in administrative and that steam is open.

I WAS GIVEN... AND NOW IS MY TIME TO GIVE...
for those who can´t run in administrator use the "more options- run administrator" and if u see the message "not licence" well u permit the "trojan" (safe btw) and done... hope help somebody

Hey guys don't execute the normal .exe. What I had to do was go into this Dragon-Ball-Sparking-Zero-AnkerGames/DRAGON BALL Sparking ZERO/SparkingZERO/Binaries/Win64/ it may look slightly different but you execute the SparkingZero-Win64-Shipping.exe and that made it work for me
