I wanna help some players, who want to play this game in other language. You need to go in "/Doom The Dark Ages AnkerGames/steam_settings/" and open "configs.user.ini". There will be "language=english" and you just write your language instead of "english". In my case I wrote "language=russian". Then just run the game. (P.S. I don't know english perfectly, so in this comment can be some grammar mistakes and I will be happy to know which are)
