· editedpls update the game because the 3rd DLC is missing

· editeddownloaded a while ago and just loaded up, everything works perfect except the cars have a flourecent blue color on the rh side of the screen, back ground color is fine just if the main car or even any other vehicle goes to left side of screen it turns flourecnet blue, deleting and going to install update now, but wondering if there is something else to try
