Endoparasitic

Endoparasitic is a tactical survival horror game where you must manually do every action from reloading to moving. Juggle movement and firing and plan room entrances to avoid getting swarmed. Great game with a satisfying combat system that does feel as challenging (and scary) as it should with three lost limbs - without being frustrating. Enough items are provided to finish the game with a bit of surplus if you do well. Also has pretty sick music.
