The release is amazing and saves you lot of time dealing with updater or mods. The game runs flawless as well.

downloaded today, running from Run Me!.bat and playing offline. The game will not allow me to save. new game create a sim will not save just crashes, will not allow me to save sims to my library, will not allow me to save game in a neighbourhood and will not save in general, this means i cant create any sims. has anyone else had this issue, what should I do?

I have a problem when extracting the zipped files first with WinRar and it says "unknown method in TheSims... etc", tried with the 7zip it's the same "unsupported compression method..."I tried installing and uninstalling the game a couple times - didn't work. My wifi is off, windows defender off, virus protection off and still I got this problem. I tried downloading the game as a torrent first time - same problem. I tried with the simple download in google chrome - same problem. Also when I try to open the "Read Me" text file I get a message that says "compressed (zipped) Folder Error" - "Windows cannot complete the extraction" - "The destination file could not be created" Anyone with the same problem? How can I fix it?
