ok so I installed like 2 days ago and it installed the LE on my pc somehow, I checked the ver no it was 1.9 I'm going to install it again in order to see if it's bugged or just not updated

Cool the game is still being updated and judging by the steam patch notes they fixed none of the old in-game bugs so you still need a community made bug fix mod to stabilize it. It just works.
