Last Epoch is a game on time travel, Where you are going through the Eterra's past fighting with the enemies, Gods and going into dungeons, opens and broken buildings. You can also customize characters according to your choice.
You are trying to save the time itself in the game. As you are one of the five powerful classes of the game characters. there are more than 200 skills with the skill trees which all combine all together and apply in htere patterns. You can make your own serpant snakes who will play alongside you through the game. Stack up yourself with powerfull magic tokens to make yourself stronger and when the powers needed to upgrade you should have the tokens. Surgeon Simulator 2
