· editedCan't extract it. 7zip says 'unsupported compression method' , windows defender turned off. WinRAR does not help eather. Review the file please

· editedThe .zip file does not extract. It seems corrupted or improperly compressed. WinRAR throws an "Unknown Method" exception on most of the contents of the library, even the ReadMe.txt is innaccessible. Windows Defender was turned off, no changes. Downloaded twice, nothing. Please review the library
