If a customer walks into your store and you don't have the first item that they go to, they will always leave without buying anything. But if you have that one item they will usually buy multiple different items. Most people go to the grocery with a list or an idea of what items they need and usually they won't bail on a grocery store trip just because the store doesn't have peanut butter.
