My game is running extremely slow, but the cutscenes play perfectly fine. I’m using an HP Victus laptop with an RTX 4050, and I’ve played many other games that run smoothly without any issues.
I’ve even tried lowering the graphics settings to the lowest, but the gameplay is still lagging badly while the cutscenes remain smooth.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

· editedI have problems extracting downloaded files my virus and threat protection is off I also have exception folders and everytime during extraction it comes up with multiple checksum errors I thought it was with just GTA IV but it's the same with this game as well please help😭
