where is the save file location?

I figured it out. I had the same language problem some. If you go to ms_emu.json, edit it with Notepad, change "Language": "ru-ru" to "Language": "en-en", and it changes to English

Search for steam_emu.ini in File Explorer, enable file extensions under the View tab, and look in the game’s Folder. If Not Find Then Off Windows Defender and Re Extract or Re Download The Game.

Open steam_emu.ini, set Language=english, save, and run game as admin.

hellooo i need help with the game language its in Russian i tried changing it but didn't work and i happened to find the file that have .ini the problem is i dont see any file that had Language file to change and i open all of them but only Engine and GameUserSettings had texts the rest are empty.
