Game is pre-installed / portable, therefore you do not need to install the game.
Just extract the rar / zip file.
First run GDK_Helper.bat in the game folder (This is one time step only)
Make sure you have enabled Developers Mode in your PC - Google what it is.
Simply launch the game from game exe inside the game folder.

Important Note:

Install necessary apps from Redist or _CommonRedist to ensure game launches without any problems.
Always extract game in Antivirus / Defender excluded folder - Please check our FAQs on explaination.
Always run the game as administrator
