Black Ops Cold War, the direct sequel to Call of Duty®: Black Ops, will drop fans into the depths of the Cold War’s volatile geopolitical battle of the early 1980s. Nothing is ever as it seems in a gripping single-player Campaign, where players will come face-to-face with historical figures and hard truths, as they battle around the globe through iconic locales like East Berlin.
This is the quintessential COD experience. Well balanced, not too complicated, easy to learn but hard to master, competitive without being ridiculous. This is the benchmark for first person arcade shooters. The campaign is one of the best ones to this date, which frankly isn't a high bar since the only game that beats it so far is BO6. It was such a unique experience that recalled me to the campaigns of the old BO games. Zombies, which unfortunately isn't close to the true classic experience, is still super enjoyable both in terms of easter eggs and high round plays, with a damn consistent story across maps! I stil find myself really enjoying this mode, coming back from BO6 time to time. ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON
